Cleanroom bags
From packaging for cutting-edge microchips to life-saving medical equipment, our cleanroom bags are manufactured within state-of-the-art cleanrooms in order to maintain a high level of cleanliness. The resins we use for cleanroom packaging are pure with no additives such as “slip” and “anti-block.”
We take packaging materials from the virgin raw state to a finished, vacuum sealed product without leaving the controlled, cleanroom environment. All of our cleanroom bags meet FDA compliance and are made in the USA.
Cleanroom packaging options and applications
We produce cleanroom packaging typically made from polyethylene (PE), polyproplyne (PP), and low density polyethylene (LDPE) with custom sizing, thickness, and options such as:
- Press-to-close zippers
- Resealable tape
- Permanent tape
- Die-cut shapes
Our custom cleanroom bags are manufactured for a variety of markets:
- Medical
- Pharmaceutical
- Electronic
- Aerospace
- Military
- Semi-conductor
- Food
- Silicon
State-of-the-art cleanrooms
Our cleanrooms are controlled, sterile environments that mitigate pollutants such as airborne microbes, aerosol particulates, chemical vapors and dust. These state-of-the-art rooms reduce contamination and control other parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure. All of our cleanrooms undergo third-party certification to verify the integrity and quality of its cleanroom production.
All employees undergo extensive training in contamination control, and gowning is required with masks, gloves, booties, and hair coverings to reduce human contaminants like skin cells or hair. We have in-house lab testing to ensure no materials used in manufacturing will contaminate the products they are designed to protect.
